2nd Cyber Surveillance Conference May 9th, 2014

We are hosting our second Cyber Surveillance Conference Friday, May 9th, at the Mayer Theater on the Santa Clara University campus. The event is free and includes continental breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. You must register to attend in person. Register at: https://www.internetsociety.org/inet-san-francisco2014/.

The event will wrap with a presentation by David Brin. David Brin is a bestselling and multiple award winning Science Fiction author, physicist and futurist who writes and speaks frequently on the topic. He wrote an  influential non-fiction book on the topic, The Transparent Society, which won the Freedom of Speech Award of the American Library Association and the McGannon Communication Award. He has also appeared in a number of documentaries on The Science Channel. Admission is free and includes continental breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Attendance is limited to 200 people. The event will also be webcast on LiveStream and available for on-demand video streaming on YouTube.
