The guest speaker for the July 18 ISOC meeting was Paul Brigner, Regional Bureau Director for North America,
the Internet Society

Paul came to ISOC earlier this year from the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA). He is very familiar with the copyright
holders’ lines of argument around Intellectual Property protection on the
internet. Come and hear his perspective on his first year in this position,
and what he is focusing upon so far. You might be surprised at some of the
dialogues he is establishing. He’s also here to get your feedback on what
he can do to support our local chapter’s activities.
